Pitched & Flat Roof Replacement in Concord, CA — CertainTeed Landmark Solaris, Silver Birch

What we did

We completed a roof replacement on this Concord home, installing CertainTeed Landmark shingles in Silver Birch for the pitched portion of the roof. The bright, clean color gives the home a fresh, modern look. The project included new ridge venting, starter shingles, and fresh flashing and drip edge throughout. The flat portion of the roof was revitalized with a silicone coating giving it new life with a 20 year manufacturer warranty!
