Roof Replacement in San Rafael, CA — CertainTeed Landmark Solaris, Moire Black

What we did

We installed a new CertainTeed Landmark Solaris architectural shingle roof in bold Moire Black on this San Rafael home. The CertainTeed Integrity Roof System includes RoofRunner waterproofing underlayment at the eaves and valleys, SwiftStart starter shingles, and Mountain Ridge hip and ridge accessories. We also upgraded the attic ventilation for better airflow and energy efficiency. The project was completed in August 2026 and is backed by CertainTeed's lifetime warranty.
