Roof Replacement in Walnut Creek, CA — CertainTeed Landmark Solaris, Georgetown Gray

What we did

Installed a new CertainTeed Landmark Solaris roof in Georgetown Gray on this Walnut Creek home — a solar-reflective shingle that helps keep the attic cooler while giving the house a clean, updated look. During tear-off we found dry rot in the roof deck and replaced the damaged wood, so the new roof went down on a solid foundation. Finished with new ridge caps and proper ventilation for a complete system built to last.
