Roof Replacement & Skylight Installation in Belmont, CA — CertainTeed Landmark Pro Solaris, Max Def Weathered Wood

What we did

We completed a full roof replacement on this Belmont home, installing CertainTeed Landmark Pro shingles in Weathered Wood. The warm gray-brown blend gives the home a timeless, natural look. The project included new ridge venting, starter shingles, attic vents, and fresh drip edge and flashing throughout. This project included the installation of a new velux skylight. The new roof was completed in late September 2026 for lasting protection and curb appeal.
