Roof Replacement in Lafayette, CA — CertainTeed Landmark Solaris, Georgetown Gray

What we did

This Lafayette home received a complete roof replacement featuring CertainTeed Landmark Solaris shingles in Georgetown Gray, a solar-reflective shingle designed for energy efficiency and lasting curb appeal. The installation used CertainTeed's Integrity Roof System, including RoofRunner synthetic underlayment, SwiftStart starter shingles, and Mountain Ridge hip and ridge caps for a crisp finished edge. In addition, this project included adding a new patio overhang that tied into the roof material! Completed in May 2026.
