Roof Replacement in Lafayette, CA — CertainTeed Landmark Pro Solaris, Max Def Moire Black

What we did

This Lafayette home received a complete roof replacement with new architectural shingles installed over fresh synthetic underlayment, finished with new starter shingles and hip-and-ridge caps for a crisp, durable edge. The scope also addressed dry rot discovered during the project so the new roof system starts on a sound deck. Completed in April 2026.
