Roof Replacement in Alamo, CA — CertainTeed Landmark Pro Solaris, Max Def Moire Black

What we did

This roof replacement in Alamo was completed in October 2026, replacing the home's worn existing roof with a new CertainTeed Landmark Pro Solaris shingle system in Max Def Moire Black. The installation included CertainTeed SwiftStart starter shingles and RoofRunner synthetic underlayment, and the ridges were finished with Mountain Ridge ridge cap shingles for a clean, cohesive look. The deep black Solaris finish gives the home a sharp, modern appearance, and the reflective shingle design helps reduce heat buildup in the roof. Every slope, valley, and ridge was completed with care, leaving the finished roof clean and uniform from every angle.
